Some of the achievements are: brown belt and bronze medal at the Polish Open Taekwondo Cup as well as a finalist in many regional competitions. After a couple of years I moved to Greco-roman wrestling which I trained in until 2006, when I moved to Scotland. I was a runner-up at the Regional Wresting Competition and qualified to compete in the Polish Greco-roman Wrestling Cup. After moving to Aberdeen, I started training in Brazilian Ju-jitsu (BJJ) and Thai Boxing. After a year I won a silver medal in 1st Caledonian BJJ Open ( -90 kg ). I still train in BJJ and Muay Thai, and I spent 2 months training in Thailand where I studied the art of Muay Thai under various Thai champions. In 2008 I started training in reality-based combat systems. I first come across Kapap in France and since then I have been training under Major Avi Nardia of the Israeli Special Forces and was awarded an Instructor Certificate. I also train with the International Police Defensive Tactics Association (IPDTA) and am an Explosive Self Defence Systems (ESDS) Instructor. Kris is available for private self defence tuition which offers a great way to get the most out of your training and also allows you to learn with friends. |
