General Self Defence Training

Private tuition is the best way to learn self defence because it allows you to understand and then apply your skills through realistic role play and real life simulations.

There are many self defence books and DVDs available but these only teach you the basic theory and the majority are not based around the proven methods of Kapap and ESDS that we teach.

Our general self defence training is suitable for people of all strengths, builds and ages. Remember it’s not about fighting; it’s about being able to defend yourself properly in the event of an attack.

Private tuition is available for 1-4 people and prices start at £40 per 1 hour class.

Specialist self defence courses

Our specialist self defence courses deal with a number of specific issues that may arise in your working environment or help you make sure you don’t become a victim again if you’ve recently been attacked.

Our specialist self defence courses include;

The skills in these courses can only be gained through practising them in a private tuition environment. These skills are highly specialised and have taken years to develop.
